AGREEMENT HIGHLIGHTS

Over the four years of the contract, adjunct faculty will receive:

  • more than a 30% salary increase - the largest increase in contract history - AND parity with the FT/PT rate–something we have fought for decades to achieve.
  • The salary increases in first year are retroactive to the beginning of this academic year.
  • Formal recognition that adjuncts provide availability to students outside of class, either in-person or online.

*AGREEMENT IN PRINCIPLE means a verbal agreement with the state. When the state has supplied us with a written document in will become a TENTATIVE AGREEMENT.



full-time/part-time tentative agreement*





Over the four years of the contract FT/PT faculty, professional staff, faculty librarians, and NTTPs will receive:

  • a 14% cost of living increase over the 4-year agreement (3.5% each year).
  • The salary increases in the first year are retroactive to July 1, 2023, for 12-month employees and September 1, 2023, for 10-month employees.
  • an additional step on the salary scale

*TENTATIVE AGREEMENT means the verbal agreement with the state has been received as a written document. The next step is a final edit to be sent to the membership for ratification.



As soon as we have the final language, both agreements will be available to members.

Shortly thereafter, members will be invited to ratify their respective agreement.
